- When do I pay?
- Only after the fix is live and you have had 7 days to test it on your own phone, with your own visitors. If you are happy, I send the invoice then. Nothing is paid up front.
- What if I'm not happy with the result?
- Then you don't pay. I restore the full backup I took before starting, so your site is exactly as it was, and that's the end of it.
- Will this break my website?
- It shouldn't, and I take a full backup before I touch anything so I can put it back exactly as it was. Your design stays the same — this is about how fast it loads, not how it looks.
- Do I need to change my hosting?
- Usually not. Most of the slowness comes from the site itself, not the host. If your hosting really is the problem, I'll tell you plainly and explain your options — I won't sell you something you don't need.
- How long does it take?
- Usually 2–4 working days once I have access. A very large site can take longer, and I'll say so when I quote.
- What access do you need?
- A WordPress login for me, ideally an admin account you can remove afterwards. I don't need your hosting password in most cases. For the free check itself I only need your website address.
- Will it help my Google ranking?
- Speed is one of many things Google looks at, so I can't promise a ranking change and nobody honestly can. What a faster site reliably does is keep more of the people who already find you from leaving before it loads.
- What if my site is not on WordPress?
- Tell me what it's built on. I work on other platforms too, but the process differs. Send the address and I'll say honestly whether I'm the right person to fix it.
