Terms of Service
These cover work done by Najmul Nahid, trading as Nahid Web Design. They are short on purpose. Anything agreed in writing for a specific job — scope, price, dates — wins over anything on this page.
The free site check
Send a web address and you get back a written list of what is slowing the site down and what is broken. It is free, there is no call required, and you are under no obligation afterwards. It is an opinion based on what I can see from outside: useful, but not a warranty, and not a substitute for a security or legal audit.
Quotes and payment
- Every job is quoted at a fixed price agreed before it starts. The number does not move unless you ask for something outside what we agreed, and then I tell you the new number before doing it.
- Payment terms are set per job and confirmed in writing with the quote.
- Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Revisions
Revisions are included until the work matches what we agreed. That covers getting the agreed scope right, not adding new scope — new pages, new features or a changed direction are a new quote, and I will say so rather than quietly absorb or refuse them.
What you need to provide
Access to the site, and your text and images. Timelines assume those arrive reasonably promptly; if they do not, the date moves, and I will tell you when it does rather than let it slide silently.
Ownership and handover
- When the job is paid for, the finished site is yours — files, content and all. You get it editable, with a short recorded walkthrough.
- You keep ownership of everything you supply. You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give me.
- Third-party themes, plugins and fonts stay under their own licences, which pass to you with the site.
- I may describe the work and show screenshots as an example, unless you ask me not to. Asking costs nothing and I will not argue.
Bookings
Calls are free and optional. You can move or cancel your own booking from the link in your confirmation. If I have to move one, I will tell you as early as I can.
Limits
I do the work carefully and I fix my mistakes. But a website depends on hosting, domains, plugins and platforms I do not control, and I cannot promise specific search rankings, traffic or revenue — nobody honestly can. Liability for any one job is limited to what you paid for that job.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where I work from. That does not remove any consumer rights you have where you live.

Written plainly and honestly, but it is not legal advice. If a job is large enough that the wording matters, have a solicitor read it.
